What does Underwater Dogs mean to Seth?

It is one of his life's pursuits to explore the emotion of dogs and is his belief that they have a range of emotions similar to human beings. Buster helped him to realize that many dogs have an incredible connection with the water that goes back thousands of years when dogs were wolves. Today, in many homes, dogs enjoy a life of luxury - sleeping in bed with us, fancy treats, the pet salon. As much as they enjoy these things, dogs have wild instincts and have a need to explore them. The water is simply one of the best ways for them to do this. Curious - Playful - Focused - Primal.  All of the dogs featured in this project chose to participate of their own free will. Before meeting me, most of them had never been underwater before and some had never even been swimming. Dogs prove to us that if you just jump in, you might have fun along the way. Dogs inspire us!

Jovana Rikalo

Jovana Rikalo

A self-taught fine art and portrait photographer based in Serbia. She was born in 1989 and been taking photos since 2013. She usually do fine art (conceptual) and portrait photography but also fashion and commercial.

She had no interest in choosing photography as my profession until autumn of 2013, when she finally realized how strongly  feel about it.

Photography has become her greatest love. Capturing emotions and milestones is now a big part of who she is, and the whole idea of perfectly freezing special moments & feelings pushes her to take risks, get creative and learn as much as she can about the art of photo editing. She like to use smoke bombs to create some unexpected effects in her portraits. You see, some photographers like control in their photos, but Jovana prefers the random effect she gets from the way the smoke moves in the air.

When it comes to style & interests, She more prefer the outdoors and eye-catching locations. She like to create unreal situations in the real world, and tell surreal stories with the camera. Her mission is to create images that look unnatural, but feel real.

Dylan Furst

Dylan Furst

Based in Bellingham, Washington USA, my backyard here in the Pacific Northwest has heavily influenced my style as a photographer. Specializing in everything from outdoor adventures to weddings, I have been enjoying every minute of my journey.

Dylan Furst is an interesting outdoor adventures photographer. A tent is his second home, even before he become a photographer, camping was a big part of his life.Waking up in the wildness is something that cant be compared with anything, as he said.

His images always consist of  a darker moody feel, although his editing skill has drastically improved over the years.  He develop his own self presents in the light room. He always plays with the tone curve and he work a lot with his green and yellows. Normally he plays with the hues and dis-saturated  individual color and split the toning as well. When be interviewed, he been asking where the inspiration from, he answers : ' I look outside .'His backyard is where he find the most of his inspiration, its hard for him not to feel inspired by looking at the landscape there.
